Facebook is down 9/22/2010
Looks like facebook has been down for the past 2 hours. You can see the server status at
http://downrightnow.com/facebook
though it seems to be a bit overwhelmed because it’s one of the first things to come up in google search.
***UPDATE*** Facebook staff posted on their blog (not that you could get to it if you were affected by this network outage, “We are experiencing an issue with a third-party networking provider that is making it difficult for some of you to connect to Facebook. We are in contact with this provider and working to fix the issue as soon as possible.”
